USA - USPTO Commissioner for Patents Announces Retirement
The USPTO has just announced that Nicholas P. Godici, Commissioner for Patents, will be retiring from the USPTO and will not be seeking reappointment to the Commissioner for Patents position. His term expires on March 29, 2005.
“It's been an honor to serve the USPTO and the patent community as Commissioner. I want to thank my colleagues in the office, especially members of the executive team, for their support and contributions during my term,” said Godici.
