New PCT Contracting States - Nigeria and Comoros
On 3 April 2005, Comoros will become a member of WIPO'S Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) and nationals and residents of Comoros will be entitled to file international patent applications under the PCT. The country code for Comoros will be KM.
On 8 May 2005, Nigeria will also become a member — Nigeria will become the 126th contracting state of the PCT. As of that date, nationals and residents of Nigeria will be able to file PCT applications. The country code for Nigeria will be NG.
