IP Organisers associated Patent Attorney firm, Phillips Ormonde fitzpatrick has just won a Client Care award in the inaugural BRW-St George Client Choice Awards.
Leading patent and trade mark attorney firm, Phillips Ormonde fitzpatrick, was acknowledged as a leader in client service at the inaugural BRW-St George Client Choice Awards evening, recently held in Sydney. Phillips Ormonde & Fitzpatrick was awarded the 'Best Specialist Firm of the Year’ award and the 'Outstanding Client Care’ award.
In the biggest survey of its kind in Australia, more than 6,000 CEO, CFO, board members, business unit heads, company secretaries and in-house lawyers participated in an online survey conducted by Beaton Consulting, which asked them to rate over 150 professional service firms on credibility, reliability, client care and client orientation, innovation and market leadership. More than 95% of ratings were gathered from independent sources.
Phillips Ormonde fitzpatrick was rated as the best specialist firm out of more than 150 law, accounting, engineering, consulting and other specialist organisations. The survey also highlighted that Phillips Ormonde & Fitzpatrick scored well in the innovation area – high praise from clients who are inventive enough to need the services of a patent attorney.
