New Zealand - Statutes Amendment Bill
The Statutes Amendment Bill (No. 5) containing minor and technical amendments to the Trade Marks Act 2002 received its first reading in the House on 14 April 2005. The Bill was referred to the Government Administration Select Committee and the Committee is expected to give its report back to House by 14 August 2005.
