Australia - Review of the Protection of National Icons
Following a request from the Australian Government, the Advisory Council on Intellectual Property (ACIP) reviewed the protection of national icons. The Minister for Industry, Tourism and Resources released the ACIP report, along with a media release and the Government response on 2 May 2005.
