South Africa - IP Acts and Regulations Now Available
The South African Intellectual Property Office has now made available on their website Intellectual Property Acts and Regulations for Patents, Trademarks, Designs and Copyright. Whilst there is still no facility to search Intellectual Property Registers, the CIPRO website is slowly developing in to an extremely useful site for IP professionals.
