Trademarks: Questel•Orbit Acquires Edital
Questel•Orbit and Edital have announced that they have signed a merger agreement under which Questel•Orbit will acquire Edital. "This agreement allows two complementary companies to join forces and confirm their global presence in both the trademark and patent markets".
