IFRRO (International Federation of Reproduction Rights
Organisations) is a non-governmental, independent, not-for-profit association begun in
1980 and it indicates that is purpose is "to facilitate international collective
administration of reproduction and related copyright rights through cooperation of
Reproduction Rights Organisations (RROs)".

founded in 1977, enables writers to receive fees that are uniquely or more effectively
handled collectively.
- Copyright Licensing Agency - The Copyright Licensing
Agency Ltd is the UK's Reproduction Rights Organisation and a member of IFRRO, the
International Federation of Reproduction Rights Organisations. CLA is responsible for
looking after the interests of rights owners in copying from books, journals and
periodicals.
