established by its founder, Jesus
Sanchelima, Esq., has been a Registered
Patent Attorney since 1977. With over ten
years' experience in the electronics
industry as an engineer, he has brought a
unique approach to the protection of
intellectual property, yielding practical
results to the firm's clients. His
litigation experience in state, federal,
and administrative courts includes the
patent, trademark, copyright, and
international fields. Mr. Sanchelima also
has been actively involved in the
American Arbitration Association since
1987. Maitte Netsch Esq., collaborates in
the firm in the areas of corporate and
transactional practice, as well as
trademarks. She is tri-lingual, mastering
Spanish, English, and French. Albert
Bordas, Esq., is admitted to the Florida
Bar and is a Registered Patent and
Trademark Attorney. Before working as an
engineer for over five years, he pursued
aviation, obtaining F.A.A. licenses as an
Aircraft Mechanic and Private Pilot. His
areas of concentration include patent
prosecution and interrelated intellectual
property laws.
