Europe - Online access to OHIM Community Trade Mark files

The Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM) has announced that the CTM-ONLINE database now provides access to CTM (Community Trade Mark) files. Such files usually contain all the correspondence between the OHIM and the CTM owner (or owner’s representative).

Confidential documents and those relating to non-published CTM applications will not be available to the public generally, however the owner of representative of the particular mark may view the files through the “My Page” section.

Currently the service is only available in English, with further language versions available in the future.
