Norway - to join the EPO

On 1 January 2008 Norway will become a member of the European Patent Organisation (EPO). It will be the final participant and signatory of the 1973 Munich diplomatic conference to join the EPO.

“Norway intends to deposit the instrument of ratification with the German government in October, in accordance with the rules set out in the EPC…”
